Agreement to Terms. Your access to and use of https://cjjunkremovalchicagoheights.com is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms in full.
Service Description. This Site describes Debris Removal, Junk Removal, Lawn Care, Mulch Installation, Tree Trimming, Yard Cleanup provided by C&J Junk Removal. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.
Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.
Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to C&J Junk Removal and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.
Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.
End of Use. C&J Junk Removal may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
Warranty Disclaimer. C&J Junk Removal makes no representations or warranties about the Site or its content. Your use of the Site is solely at your own risk.
Cap on Damages. Liability of C&J Junk Removal arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify C&J Junk Removal from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
Choice of Law. IL law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of IL, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Modifications. C&J Junk Removal may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
